Ministries

There are three aspects to the HHCC ministry: (1) Worship Celebration; (2) Community Groups; (3) HHCC Studies (See the diagram below).

The Difference between Community Groups and HHCC Studies

Community groups incorporate worship, fellowship, Bible discussion, and life sharing. The main purpose of community groups is to develop relationships, share life, build each other up, and pray for one another. The Bible is studied for practical application in our lives through a discussion of our lives.

HHCC Studies are Bible studies that will be taught twice a year (Spring and Fall semesters) by the pastoral staff or lay people trained specifically to teach the topic of the class. The purpose of Bible study is to build up knowledge of the Bible, Christian doctrine, and other topics; which will lead to an impacted life.

Both community group and HHCC Studies are important to develop your spiritual disciplines. As we strengthen our minds through Bible study, and our hearts through community groups, there must be a living connection between our minds and hearts. In everything we do, we want to infuse both the Spirit and Truth aspect.
